Setpoint.ai authorizes you to copy documents published by Setpoint.ai on the World Wide Web for personal or non-commercial use only, provided any copy of these documents that you make shall retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained herein. Except as expressly provided, nothing contained in this paragraph shall be construed as conferring any license or right under any Setpoint.ai copyright. No materials available on the Setpoint.ai Website may be stored, transmitted by any means (including but not limited to electronic, mechanical, scanning, photocopying or recording) without prior written permission of Setpoint.ai.

Trademarks and Intellectual Property Disclaimer

Setpoint.ai, the Setpoint logo, and all product names appearing on our Websites are among the trademarks and/or service marks owned by Setpoint, or its subsidiaries or affiliates, and no trademark or service mark or other license is granted in connection with the materials contained on any Setpoint Website.

Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any license to any patent, trademark or other intellectual property right of Setpoint or any third party. Setpoint makes no representations or warranties that any use of the information contained on this Website will not infringe any such patent, trademark or other intellectual property right of Setpoint or any third party.

Hardware Warranty:

  • All hardware will perform in accordance with the specifications detailed in its defined spec sheet (as of the time of delivery).
  • All hardware shall be brand new, unused, and free from material defects in material, fabrication, design, and workmanship.
  • Setpoint will not be liable for any damage, or malfunction caused to the hardware, as a result of misuse or external factors, such as severe weather or power outage

Software Warranty:

  • Web dashboard (Climate Intelligence Platform) for monitoring & control will perform in substantial conformance to its program specifications (as of the time of delivery).
  • Remote 3rd party server hosting will be provided.
  • Software application updates will be provided from time to time, at the sole discretion of Setpoint.
  • Setpoint will not be liable for any monitor & control disability caused as a result of disconnection or bad connection of local communication, or external factors, such as severe weather or power outage


This warranty excludes (1) physical damage to the surface of the product, including cracks, scratches, or marks on the touchscreen or outside casing; (2) damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized attempts to open, repair, or modify the product, or any other cause beyond the range of intended use; (3) damage caused by accident, fire, power changes, another hazard, or acts of God; (4) damage caused by water, liquids, or foreign chemicals including condensation and humidity; or (5) use of the product with any device if such device causes the problem.


Neither Setpoint nor its distributors shall be liable for incidental consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages of any kind, or financial loss arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence) or any other theory, even if Setpoint has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Setpoint’s entire liability shall be limited to replacement or repair of the product.

Remote Technical Support for Distributors:

Setpoint will provide the Distributor remote support, remotely assisting and guiding distributor technicians with customer technical onsite support

  • Remote technical support will be available Monday to Friday, between 9:00 to 16:00 IL, and for US customers Monday to Friday, between 9:00 to 16:00 EST.
  • Emergency service will be available 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays.

A severe malfunction is defined as the inability to control the air conditioning units using the Climate Intelligence system when the temperature in the controlled zone exceeds 27 degrees Celsius or is below 20 degrees Celsius involuntarily and uncontrollably.

  • Handling a severe malfunction Setpoint undertakes to start handling the malfunction within one business day from receiving a call and will work to fix the malfunction until it is repaired.
  • Handling a nonsevere malfunction Setpoint undertakes to start handling the malfunction within 2 business days from receiving a call and will work to fix the malfunction within service hours until it is repaired.

Sending spare parts or technical reserve from the existing inventory up to 3 business days. The cost of parts and delivery will be as defined in the agreement.

Setpoint will not be liable for consequential or indirect damages, which do not result directly from the use of the product.

General Legal

Should you view the Setpoint.ai Website and respond with information (excluding personal information, which is addressed under the Internet Privacy Policy) including questions, comments or suggestions regarding the content of the Setpoint.ai Website, such information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and Setpoint.ai shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information and shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information to others without limitation. Setpoint.ai shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such information for any purpose whatsoever including but not limited to developing, manufacturing and marketing products incorporating such information.


Under no circumstances will Setpoint.ai be liable to any person or business entity for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other damages based on any use of this Website or any other Website to which the Setpoint.ai Website is linked, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, or loss of programs or information, even if Setpoint.ai has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages.
